Please smoke on the street. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. • Do not disrespect your neighbors. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. FEES: • A lost remote control (TV, fan, garage, air conditioner, etc.) will result in a $50 charge. • A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $25. • Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue. • A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering any entrance surveillance cameras. • A $100 extra cleaning fee will be added for any excessive pet fur or hair left behind. • Park only in the second gravel parking lot for Unit 2. If you park in the main driveway there will be a $100 fee. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
