Please only smoke on the street. • No Pets • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM. • Do not disrespect your neighbors. • Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink. • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it. FEES: • A lost remote control (TV, fan, garage, air conditioner, etc.) will result in a $50 charge. • $150 Pet fine • A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking. • Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $25. • Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue. • A $250 fee will be assessed for blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras. NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
