This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay! One of our group even needed gauze and he had it! We checked in early to drop off our bags which was super kind! It's like a little oasis with the outside covered patio. It's also close enough to walk to the trolleys or to ride public transit. There are cameras onsite, and a private entrance, which made the group feel really safe. The listing is at the end of a dead end road, in the back of the main house and although there was a police altercation one evening, it was quiet in general. For the price is great quality and a decent location!

San Diego is such a wonderful city, and this Airbnb is a little gem. Perfect enough space for 2 to tour the city with a private side yard, which is a great escape to enjoy the wonderful weather San Diego offers to curl up to a book or enjoy an evening glass of wine. Mervin was a super host and always checked in to make sure everything was perfect. I plan on making this my goto place for my next visit.

Excellent stay for our needs. Able to cook meals, spacious and safe. Loved being able to park right by our entrance gate. Thank you for always answering our questions and assisting in our needs. Definitely will stay here the next time Im in SanDiego.

Mervin has a wonderful, private little place close to many popular places and delicious restaurants. He was very communicative and his place was clean, well stocked, and super cute! Definitely recommend staying here.

Mervin is an excellent Host, He is super friendly and the attention is definitely 5 stars. The place is very cozy and comfortable, with a perfect location, it has all the necessary amenities! If I return to SD I would stay again.

This place was great! Easy to find parking right out front. It was a little too chilly, but the outdoor set up was very cute and I would’ve loved to utilize it. I booked this stay for my husband, our infant and myself. They were very helpful and even offered if there was anything we would need for our baby. The bed was very comfy and I loved the space heater. If we ever find ourselves in San Diego again, I would love to stay here again!

Marvin's place was exactly what was listed! The place looked just like the photos and described accurately! I would definitely come back to his place and 100% recommend it to others!

If your looking to get away for the weekend by yourself this is definitely the place to be! The host was so so kind to me and was very responsive. Ill definitely be back to stay here!

Mervin and co were excellent hosts! If we had questions about anything related to our stay, Mervin would be quick to answer. The place is very accessible and close to many attractions San Diego has to offer all while being within a 15 minute drive from the airport. The space itself was lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The bed was comfy and clean. If we had more time in the evenings, we would have enjoyed sitting outside in the cozy outdoor area. If you are visiting San Diego and want an excellent place to be close to the attractions, this is it!

We only wished we had a longer stay! The space was really really clean. Space were as described and we felt so cosy and comfortable in the home. Amenities were well and more sufficient for us. The host were really helpful with our questions as well. Once again’ thank you!!
